When I ran YUM to update my server, I ran into a dependency error:
Error: Missing Dependency: glibc-common = 2.3.4-2.25 is needed by package glibc-dummy-centos-4
Googling didn't help much as this dummy package seems to have been a work-around and is not really a part of CentOS. So I contacted my host who informed me that this was a legacy package installed by Virtuozzo and could safely be removed. This was done and the update proceeded smoothly thereafter - no issues thus far.
Just a heads up to others out there.
