Today's Song Of The Day is Stillwater's Fever Dog. Stillwater is the name of the fictional band from the movie Almost Famous (or IOW, the Wikipedia link above isn't terribly relevant :P) and one of their popular songs is this track Fever Dog, a very 70's growly track.
All the music for Stillwater was apparently composed by director Cameron Crowe and his wife, Nancy Wilson (from Heart). I watched the movie only a couple of days ago and it (and this song) are still pretty fresh in me 'ead. Good flick which also makes for interesting reading as it is loosely based on Cameron Crowe's real life.
